UI/UX Designer
Required to design and deliver user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and facilitate a seamless user experience for web and mobile applications. Responsible for conceptualizing the self-serve features from a user perspective and ensuring the design aligns with user needs and behavior.
Creates visual concepts and prototypes from requirements. Designs the overall functionality of the product and ensures a user-centric approach to design. Creates wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows. Develops personas and usage scenarios. Assesses user feedback and improves the design accordingly. Works closely with developers to implement the designs.
Skills required:
Proficiency in UX design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
understanding of human-computer interaction, design principles, and responsive design
Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B Testing
Strong communication and collaboration skills
(1.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (2.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (3.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (4.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents (5.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
